Delia Fehr-Bosshard advises and represents clients in all legal matters relating to the marketing of products and services as well as digital transformation. She has extensive experience in intellectual property law, in particular in the comprehensive legal support of brand portfolios over the entire life cycle, including protection, commercialization and enforcement of brands. In addition, Delia Fehr-Bosshard supports clients in dealing with special regulations, e.g. on digitalization, in the areas of telecommunications, health/life sciences, food/consumer goods and new technologies. She obtained her LLM degree at Stanford Law School in California, USA, in the field of "Law, Science & Technology". She regularly gives lectures and workshops and publishes on current legal issues.
