Probst Partner AG has many years of experience in public law and in its areas of intersection with private law. Our expertise includes legal advice in connection with the collection of fees, the remediation of contaminated sites, the application of water, energy and electricity supply law, privatisation, concession procedures, education and health law as well as the protection of and access to information in accordance with data protection and information access laws.
One focus of our activities is public procurement law. We advise contracting authorities with regard to the tendering of public contracts and support them in the preparation and review of tender documents and procurement contracts. We regularly represent contracting authorities and suppliers in public procurement and appeal procedures. In addition, we provide training on public procurement law.
